Slim and stylish press-sensory tabletop electronic chess computer with numerous levels and instructive coaching features for social players

The Mephisto Junior Master is an appealing tabletop chess computer with a handy small form factor especially intended for the beginning and social player. Moves both for the computer and its opponent are simply made by applying gentle pressure to the squares of the sensory board.

Regular functionality includes the ability to retract moves, change sides, obtain hints, verify positions, interrupt searches and more. Additionally it features a chess clock, an openings library with variety, 64 levels and 11 extended teach modes with 768 permutations for experimentation.

If the game in progress needs to be interrupted for any reason then the computer will retain position, time, level and other settings while switched off. If the opponent either hasn't moved or pressed a key for 20 minutes then the computer will switch itself off to conserve battery life.
